Experimental animation about "the beginnings of organic life" (Lye). Lye's first British film, based entirely on animation of 'aboriginal' shapes. "To get to the spirit of the imagery I imagined I was myself an Australian Aborigine who was making this animated tribal dance film... I doodled to assauge my hunger for some hypnotic image I'd never seen before". Lye, in interview, 1979
