Tulips at Dawn
- Arts Council of England & Channel Four
Diagrams of chemistry apparatus and educational film footage react and combine in this quirky interpretation of a poem by Nobel Laureate Chemist Roald Hoffmann. The film is an experiment to illustrate how technology changes the way we represent the world, with results that prove ironic and inconclusive. The film was produced using a mixture of technologies. The diagrams were drawn directly into a computer and combined with digitised archive footage and sequences created on a rostrum camera. An animate! Film
