A study of Yorkshire mountainous country in several different light situations and techniques which provide a dissection of the act of presenting landscape figuratively. A slow pan starting at the peak of a small hill moves down and withdraws until the whole is visible in the frame. Another section counterpoints the three dimensional effect of the first which consists of a long, slow timelapse zoom in on the same hill. "A formal description of the film does not do justice to the unique quality of light and the strange beauty of the location which is so typical of the Yorkshire moors". Chris Welsby, 1977
